When CSP confirmed their space at The Event Production Show 2026 at ExCeL London, they required an exhibition partner capable of delivering high-impact design within an efficient turnaround.

Orca Creative designed and delivered a reusable 4x3m modular shell scheme stand that elevated CSP’s presence at this year’s show.

The Brief

CSP’s objectives for The Event Production Show 2026 at ExCeL London were clear and commercially focused. The team wanted to generate high-quality leads, deliver live demonstrations of their VRN scanning software, strengthen overall brand awareness, and present a more confident and visually impactful presence within a highly competitive environment.

Working in collaboration with Boundary Marketing, we developed a stand concept that carefully balanced strong brand impact with practical functionality. The goal was not only to attract attention but to create a space that actively supported meaningful engagement and product demonstration.

The Solution:

To achieve this, Orca Creative delivered a lightweight modular framework system, owned by us and hired to CSP for the event. The structure incorporated three full-height stretch fabric graphic walls, creating a seamless and professional visual backdrop within the 4x3m shell scheme footprint.

A key feature of the stand was the replaceable number plate element, designed specifically to enable live demonstrations of CSP’s scanning software. This interactive component transformed the stand from a static display into a functional demonstration space, allowing visitors to see the technology in action. To further support engagement, a 55-inch TV was integrated into the back wall, displaying a looping video that showcased CSP’s services and capabilities to passing visitors. An illuminated lightbox reception desk was also incorporated to enhance visibility and create a welcoming focal point for initial conversations and enquiries.

The entire stand was fully prebuilt in our workshop before installation. This ensured precise graphic alignment, verified structural integrity and confirmed that the demonstration feature operated smoothly before arriving onsite, allowing installation at ExCeL London to proceed efficiently and confidently.

Sustainable & Reusable by Design

True to Orca Creative’s sustainable exhibition ethos, the lightweight modular framework is owned and reusable.

Stretch fabric graphics were produced for durability and are now stored for redeployment at future CSP events.
